We are located in the main building of Flagler Hospital on the third floor.
Go in the main entrance (facing Highway 312 and near the Emergency Room
entrance), to the elevators in the lobby and go to the third floor. Suite
3002 is in the west wing of the hospital and our offices are near the
hospital laboratory.

From I-95
Turn right onto Palm Coast Parkway. Turn left at the first stop light
onto Cypress Point Parkway. Follow around approximately 2.5 miles on the
left to Cypress Point Plaza. Our office is in the Flagler Multi Specialty
Group.
From US1
From US 1 South turn left onto Palm Coast Parkway. Turn right onto Belle
Terre. Turn left at the first stop light onto Cypress Point Parkway. Our
office is on the right located in the Cypress Point Plaza with Flagler
Multi Speciality Group

Take HWY 17 East over the bridge into East Palatka. The office is approximately 4 miles on the right in the Flagler Multi-Specialty Building.
From Elkton/Hastings
Head north on 207 until it ends and merge right onto Hwy. 17. Approximately 0.1 mile, make a left U-Turn at Burger King. The office will be on your immediate right in the Flagler Multi-Specialty Building.
From Satsuma/Crescent City
Head west on Hwy. 17. Approximately 0.1 mile from the 207 traffic light, make a left U-Turn at Burger King. The office will be on your immediate right in the Flagler Multi-Specialty Building

Exit 323 to International Golf Parkway. We are located in the Publix shopping center at The Shoppes at Murabella on the corner of S.R. 16 and Pacetti Road/International Golf Parkway.
From S.R. 16
Follow S.R. 16 west. Just prior to the intersection turn left into the Shoppes at Murabella. We are located next to Publix in the Flagler Multi-Speciality Suite.
